Our precision CNC machining centers can achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.005mm depending on the part geometry and material.
What materials do you work with?
We work with Stainless Steel (SS), Carbon Steel (CS), Aluminum (Al), Brass, Copper (Cu), Zinc (Zn), and various engineering plastics like POM, PEEK, and ABS.
Do you provide in-house surface finishing?
Yes, we provide anodizing, powder coating, plating (zinc/nickel/chrome), polishing, sandblasting, and laser etching in-house or through certified partners.
Which file formats do you accept?
We accept 3D files in .STP, .STEP, .IGS, and .X_T formats. For 2D drawings, we accept .DWG, .DXF, and .PDF (essential for specifying tolerances).
Can you provide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) advice?
