Precision Brass & Copper Machining
Superior Conductivity, Outstanding Machinability & Timeless Aesthetic Finishes
Material Overview
Brass and copper alloys are favored for their exceptional electrical and thermal conductivity, combined with outstanding machinability and natural antimicrobial properties. These non-ferrous materials are essential for high-performance electronic components and decorative hardware.
Our machining process is optimized for these materials to prevent work-hardening and ensure high-speed production of intricate components. From high-purity ETP copper to free-cutting brass, we deliver parts with precise tolerances and superior surface finishes that maintain their performance and aesthetic appeal.
Key Properties
Common Brass & Copper Grades
Specialized alloys for electrical, industrial, and decorative applications

C36000 Free-Cutting Brass
The standard for high-speed machining. Offers the highest machinability rating and is ideal for producing complex valves, fittings, and connectors.

C26000 Cartridge Brass
Provides an excellent balance of strength and ductility. Preferred for applications requiring deep drawing, such as shell casings and decorative hardware.

C11000 ETP Copper
Electrolytic Tough Pitch copper with minimum 99.9% purity. Offers the highest electrical conductivity and is used for bus bars, terminals, and conductors.

C51000 Phosphor Bronze
Renowned for its toughness, strength, and low coefficient of friction. Widely used for springs, bearings, and heavy-duty mechanical parts.

C17200 Beryllium Copper
Combines high strength (comparable to steel) with excellent conductivity and non-sparking properties. Used in aerospace and electronic connectors.
